Unfortunately, no. Registration and a completed profile are required to use the service. This is primarily due to customs clearance requirements for incoming parcels in the Kyrgyz Republic. Without registration, we won't be able to provide you with quality, timely delivery.
Yes, our courier delivery within the city costs 200 som. If the total weight of your parcels from the USA exceeds 2 kg, city delivery is free.
Delivery to remote areas of the city is calculated individually.
A passport copy is required to present to Kyrgyz customs officers when processing your shipment.
When shopping internationally, it's important to be aware of current customs regulations. If the value of your goods exceeds the 200 euro threshold, a customs duty of 15% of the excess amount applies.
Parcels from the US warehouse are shipped every Thursday. All parcels received at the warehouse no later than Monday evening (US time) are included. Shipments from the Turkey warehouse to Kyrgyzstan go out every Saturday.
Here are the main reasons your parcel may be delayed:
— the parcel hasn't arrived at the warehouse yet (postal service delay);
— the tracking number was not provided or was entered incorrectly;
— the parcel was delivered but not registered, because no cell/personal number was indicated at the warehouse;
— the shipment was placed to a different address or recipient.
